Reliable choice for membership sites

I've been using MemberDash for a couple of years now, and this recent renewal for my Agency license went as expected. Their renewal process is always simple; the discount gets applied automatically. I've built several client sites with it, and it consistently delivers on content restriction and subscription management. It's not as flashy as some competitors, but it's a workhorse. I did notice the documentation for a new add-on wasn't as comprehensive as I hoped, but I figured it out. It's why I keep coming back.

Agency plan issues

I decided to upgrade to the MemberDash Agency plan because I manage several client sites. While the features themselves are quite powerful, especially the Recurring Billing Manager, the upgrade process was a bit confusing on their site. It took me a couple of tries to figure out how to apply the upgrade without accidentally buying a whole new license. Customer service did eventually clarify it for me after a day, but it could have been smoother. The plugin itself is great once it's set up, but that initial experience was a bit of a headache.

Good plugin, easy install

I bought the MemberDash Basic plan. Installation was quick enough on my WordPress site. It took me a bit to figure out the content restriction settings, but it works as advertised. The dashboard is pretty intuitive.

Great plugin, easy setup!

I just bought the MemberDash Professional plan and it's fantastic! Setting up my membership site was so much easier than I thought it would be. The content restriction tools are really intuitive, and I got it all working in just an afternoon. There was a tiny hiccup with a payment gateway integration at first, but a quick look at the documentation cleared it right up. I'm already planning to get the Drip Content Extension next month. Definitely shopping here again and recommending it to all my fellow site owners!

Solid membership solution

I grabbed the MemberDash Basic plan a few weeks ago to try it out for a small project. It works as advertised; setting up subscriptions was pretty straightforward. The member dashboard looks clean on the front end, which is nice. I do wish the initial setup wizard was a bit more guided, but once I figured out where everything was, it was fine. Overall, a good experience and I'm happy with the purchase.

Solid functionality, minor support wait

I purchased the MemberDash Professional license a few weeks ago to build a new membership area. The ordering process was smooth, and I got the download link right away. Setting up payment gateway integration with Stripe was straightforward. I had a small question about the Drip Content Extension and submitted a ticket; it took about 18 hours to get a response, which isn't terrible but not instant. The plugin itself is robust, handles recurring billing well, and my members are using the new dashboard without issues. I did notice it slowed down my site slightly, but it's manageable.

Good plugin, quick delivery

I purchased the MemberDash Professional license during their holiday sale. The checkout process was smooth, and I received my license key and download links almost immediately after payment. The plugin installed easily on my WordPress site. I found the Content Restriction Tool worked well for what I needed. My one minor critique would be that the documentation, while thorough, could use a few more beginner-friendly examples for setting up more complex subscription models. Overall, a solid product and a good experience.

Easy setup, works great

Got the MemberDash Basic plan to try it out for a small project. Super easy to install and get going. I was able to set up a membership level and restrict content really fast. It just did what it said it would, no fuss. Happy with it.
